Want to join Shaun by the Sea as an artist? Applications are now open!
In the autumn of 2023, over 40 ewe-niquely designed sculptures will be placed on the streets of Brighton & Hove. Our flock of colourful sheep will provide a 3D canvas, and creative inspiration, for a wealth of art and design from a carefully curated mix of well-known and emerging local artists.
Artists, are invited to submit designs which will be shortlisted by our expert trail curator team. These are displayed at a private exhibition, where the sponsors will have the chance to choose their design. The selected artists will be commissioned to translate their design onto a three-dimensional blank Shaun sculpture.
Submissions will close on 6 January 2023, so make sure ewe don’t miss out!

2. Meet your m-ewes
There are three templates on the front, left and right sides available to download as a zip file so you can create your design.

3. Fill in our form
Once you’re ready with your design, fill in our form. This gives us details about you and your concept. On the form there is a button to upload your designs, which is our preferred way to receive them.
